This book is an extension on my Mercer Substrate and Warren / Anti Warren Force series of theories that I have published. These theories explain that the Universe is created by a series of Dimensional Overlaps. These are both on the Quantum / Micro and the largest Macro or Universal scales. Part of this theory posits that it is possible and may be happening already today on earth the creation of new exotic elements, not particles, but actual elements based on Quark movements between protons and neutrons to create these new elements. As a result, this book is the theory of how this new relationship with atoms and the new Element Analogs to the current periodic table very well could shatter Moore's law. Reading this book, I hope one day will lead to new breakthroughs in materials technologies that could throw humanity into future of peace and tranquility through science.
